The On Board The Enterprise D book was written by  Denise and Michael Okuda and came with a CD-ROM Tour of the ship:

"As noted, the On Board the U.S.S. Enterprise experience will be further enhanced by the inclusion of a CD-ROM that enables viewers to enjoy a detailed 3D tour of the Enterprise. The software for the CD-ROM was developed with the help of TNG’s creators in order to most accurately reflect the show’s sets."

This is a backup of the CD-ROM. As it requires a browser with flash player, the package also contains an old Firefox Portable - drag STAR TREK.html to FirefoxPortable.exe.

This features 360 views of the Enterprise D's main rooms. 

Note: The browser is outdated and not safe for browsing the internet.
